Manual or full automatic manufacturing facilities are available depending on the capacity of the facility.
Number of molds is determined based on the capacity of the facility.
Can also be fed from cement silo or big-bag / bag unit.
Colloidal mixer can be used for mixing cement and water based on production capacity.
If there is suitable fly ash, can be used with a different silo or manual feeding systems.
Beam type mold can be used in manual productions.
Different type of cutting units are available.
Since cutting units are used in automatic systems, production in molds is done in form of blocks.
As seperate weighers can be used for each material (Sand / Cement / Fly Ash / Water), the production mixer can also be used as a weigher.
There is no need to make steam drying for foam concrete block, can be used optionally if demanded.
Molds can be manufactured as stationary or moving on rail.
In manual manufacturing facilities molds are usually used as stationary.
In stationary facilities, either mono pump is used for filling the molds or foam concrete is carried to molds with mold transfer table.
Every material that goes into production is measured with very sensitive electronic loadcells.
Foam concrete that poured in the molds is removed on the following day.
In stock waiting time for blocks which are produced without making steam cure is 2 weeks before use.
Production can be made naturally or by adding crushed EPS (styrofoam). In this situation, lighter, more resistant product can be obtained which also has higher isolation coefficient.
